Web Portal User Guide

Getting Started

Advanta Analytical Laboratories Web Portal (Address): Website: (Type the above address into your internet web browser) This website allows you to log into the Advanta Web Portal for viewing and retrieving completed reports.

Your username will be provided to you by your Advanta representative. To log in, type in the provided username and password. (Note both username and password are case sensitive) Once username and password are entered click the "login" button. If you see the page below you have successfully logged into the portal.

Retrieving Reports

Reports can be retrieved by searching for a specific patient. The instructions to follow will instruct you how to search for a patient and locate a report by the date the specimen was collected. From the Home Page, click "Order Inbox" icon

From the "Order Inbox" section you can use the search tool on the right to search by patient's last name:

Simply type the patient's last name in the search window and press enter on your key board. The drop box in the search window will allow searches by last name, first name and date of birth (DOB)

Once patient is located, it will appear as follows:

Click on the "patient management" icon located in the upper right corner of patient box.

From patient management, click on "Order History" icon.

Once in Order History, the collection date will need to be located for the specific report desired.

Collection date [Order Date] is located as shown:

If patient report has been completed it will note "final" on the order bar. If report is not complete, order bar will note "pending".

If order bar notes "Final", the patient's report will be available via PDF format and will have its own icon on the order bar as shown. Click on the pdf icon, also labeled "confirmation testing".

Patient report will open in a separate window. Options to print or save are at the bottom of report image and can be visible by moving your mouse pointer around the top of the report window. This menu bar will allow report to be saved and printed.
